aNET's Oracle-based Warehouse Management System moves your product seamlessly through the system from receipt of goods to final delivery. This results in online, real-time inventory access and control, as well as order accuracy and flexibility. Machine Cartoning can be performed prior to shipments. In addition, aNET's Automated Returns Center utilizes bar code scanning for prompt credit and inventory replenishment of returned products.

With a unique Internet inventory and order processing module our clients have secure access to customer information 24/7. Warehouses are completely secured and monitored.

Our Distribution Centers introduce mailed products directly into the United States Postal Services Bulk , Sectional and Destination Delivery Units. Using our Accusort automated mail/sortation process, parcels, bound printed matter and media mail leave the automatic cartoning machine and are sent down a conveyor. Here they are imaged with unique tracking numbers and addressed by ink jet. Bill packs may also be applied. The bar codes are read at different checkpoints and are commingled to the appropriate destinations.

aNET's supply chain management experts coordinate all of your inbound and outbound distribution needs. Our Foreign Trade Zone authority allows us to offload, inspect and warehouse your overseas shipments of products before distribution.

Commingling

When large publishers, such as Reader's Digest and National Geographic Society, and small publishers all have book orders going to the same city, aNETorder bundles them together into the same mail stream - instead of mailing them separately. "Commingling" qualifies the pieces for steeper volume discounts.

It all starts with our truly unique USPS contract, which allows us to send daily shipments to every Bulk Mail Center in the country. Via state-of-the-art sorting automation, each package is bar-coded and addressed quickly and accurately. This technology, in turn, is supplemented by a highly sophisticated (and proprietary) bin monitoring system - part of aNETorder's improved, high-tech offering. In addition to bound printed matter, aNETorder can commingle Standard A, media mail, non-profit and parcel select into a single delivery stream, making us a low-cost provider in all of these categories.
