History
In 1995 Shane Randall founded American Mailers, Illinois. Located in Elk Grove Village, Illinois, the company occupied a 15,000 square feet facility. Throughout the next three years American Mailers had grown and expanded into a 60,000 square foot facility. In 1999 American Mailers moved into a state-of-the-art, 160,000 square foot building in Naperville, Illinois. In 2000 aNETorder purchased the R.R. Donnelley Fulfillment & Distribution Center in Louisville, Kentucky. American Mailers in Naperville, IL merged with aNETorder, Inc. creating one of the largest full service direct mail and fulfillment companies in the United States.

SHANE RANDALL, President & CEO
Mr. Randall is President/CEO and co-founder of aNETorder/American Mailers, one of the largest full-service, Direct mail and Fulfillment companies in the U.S. The company has two processing centers located in Naperville, IL and Louisville, KY with over 500,000 square feet of office and warehouse. Randall founded American Mailers, Illinois in 1995, in Elk Grove Village, Illinois. In 1999 the company was moved to a state of the art 160,000 square foot facility in Naperville, Illinois. In 2000 aNETorder was formed to acquire the RR Donnelley Fulfillment and Distribution center in Louisville, Kentucky and merge with American Mailers Illinois creating a full service Mailing and Fulfillment company. Randall was President of AmeriComm Direct Marketing in 1988, which was purchased by the Tribune Companies in 1992. Randall started his career in the 70's as a Director with Rapid Printing and Mailing which was sold to the Omaha World Herald in 1981. Mr. Randall has been in the Direct Marketing and Fulfillment Industries for over 35 years. Currently he is on the Board of the Mailing and Fulfillment Service Association.
MIKE SCHEIER, Chairman
Mr. Scheier is a co-founder of aNETorder/American Mailers. Prior to aNETorder/American Mailers, he owned Planet Consulting, Inc. and E-Commerce Software Solutions Company. He sold the company in 2001. In addition, Mr. Scheier was on the Board of Directors of Transaction Systems Architects Inc. And helped take the company public.
DANIEL O'BRIEN, E.V.P/C.F.O
In addition to the processing Operations, Mr. O'Brien is responsible for the financial, human resources, and administrative functions of aNETorder/American Mailers. Prior to joining aNETorder/American Mailers, he was Vice President, Finance at Banta Direct Marketing, a group of Banta Corporation. Mr. O'Brien was also Vice President of Finance and Vice President of Operations at Rank Video Services America, a subsidiary of the Rank Group Plc. Of London.
